Personal data processing

OpenService website visitor personal data policy. Version dated 29 September 2026.

1. Who processes your data

The personal data operator is OPENSERVICE.KZ LLP (ОПЕНСЕРВИС.КЗ), BIN 180240007673. Registered address: 13 Egizbayeva Street, Bostandyk District, Almaty, Kazakhstan. This policy applies to openservice.kz and enquiries sent through its forms.

2. Data we receive

3. Why we use the data

We use the data to respond to your enquiry, discuss a project, prepare an offer, process an equipment order and contact you at your request. Campaign tags help us identify the source of an enquiry. We do not publish your data on the site or use it for unrelated purposes without a separate basis.

4. Consent and sharing

Sending an enquiry with the consent box checked authorises processing of the supplied data to respond to it. Consent lasts until that purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless law or a contract requires otherwise. Other uses, including marketing messages, require a separate basis.

Enquiries and contact-form messages are sent to Bitrix24; form data is not stored in the website database. When Cloudflare Turnstile verification is enabled, it protects the feedback form from spam. Access is limited to people and services needed to handle the enquiry. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

If you allow “Advertising” and submit an enquiry, we may send Google Ads the ad click identifier, the date the lead reaches “Qualified lead” or the deal reaches “Implementation”, and the deal value in tenge. This helps us measure advertising results. The export does not include your name, phone number or enquiry text.

The Binotel widget handles callback requests: data entered in it is sent to Binotel to arrange the call.

If a service involves transferring data outside Kazakhstan, this is done only as permitted by Kazakhstani law. We do not make applicants’ data publicly available.

5. Storage and security

Data is retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related obligations, unless a different period is required by Kazakhstani law or a contract. Once the purpose has been met, data is deleted or de-identified as required by law. Storage is configured with regard to Kazakhstan’s requirements for locating personal-data databases within the country.

We restrict access and use organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access, alteration, loss and disclosure.

6. Technical site data

If you allow advertising technologies, the site temporarily stores campaign tags, the first visit source and the landing page in the browser tab so they can be included with an enquiry. Without this consent, tags in the current URL may still accompany an enquiry but are not saved for later pages. If feedback-form verification is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information needed to prevent automated submissions.

7. Cookies and browser data

The site uses cookies and browser storage. Essential data supports site functions: the openservice_admin cookie keeps an employee signed in for up to 7 days; local storage remembers the equipment cart and your cookie choice. These functions remain available regardless of your optional-technology choice.

Optional features have separate settings. “Callback” loads the Binotel widget, which may use its own cookies. “Analytics” loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to measure visits and site activity. “Advertising” permits campaign-tag storage and loads Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure confirmed enquiries. Campaign tags and the first visit source are stored in the browser tab only when “Advertising” is selected. Meta Pixel may set _fbp and _fbc cookies; their values accompany an enquiry to Bitrix24 when advertising consent is given.

You can decline all, select individual features or accept all. Change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing advertising consent removes saved tags from tab storage; turning off previously enabled features reloads the page. Cookies already set by third parties can be removed in browser settings. Site forms work without optional consent.

8. Your rights and how to contact us

You may request information about processing, ask us to correct inaccurate data, withdraw consent and request that processing stop or data be deleted where continued retention is not legally required. Contact us by the phone number below or write to our registered address. To help us find your enquiry, include the phone number used and approximate submission date. We will respond within the procedure and time limits set by Kazakhstani law.
