What does ongoing support include?
Ongoing support is built around an agreed document workflow: receiving source documents, recording business transactions, maintaining counterparty and employee balances, and preparing reports.
The Kazakhstan version of 1C provides the relevant functionality, including cash and bank accounting, payroll and month-end procedures. However, the software does not replace checking whether the documents received are complete and accurate.
