How soon can the app and website launch?
Smartpicasso indicates a typical app setup of 7–14 working days. Timing depends on the menu, assets, integrations and app-store review. We will confirm a plan after assessing your project.
We already use iiko. Will orders and menus sync?
Smartpicasso describes iiko integration for menus, modifiers, availability, prices and orders. Before launch, we will verify your versions and settings and agree the data flow you need.
Why have our own app if aggregators bring orders?
Your own channel gives guests a familiar way to reorder and a direct relationship with your brand. Aggregators can still attract new customers while your app and site help bring them back.
How is the price calculated?
Choose 1–3% of turnover or a buyout for 8,400,000 ₸ with no turnover commission. You can start on commission and move to buyout later. We will confirm terms before launch.
Can we migrate customer records and rewards?
Smartpicasso supports transferring contacts and loyalty balances. We first review export formats, data access and personal-data requirements, then plan the migration.
Will it support a growing chain?
Smartpicasso supports multiple venues, cities and delivery zones in one app. We will confirm terms for adding locations in your project quote.
Can the app match our brand?
Yes. Colours, imagery and interface elements can be adapted to your venue. We will agree the design scope from your brand assets.
Is loyalty included?
Smartpicasso describes rewards, guest tiers, welcome and referral offers, plus targeted push campaigns. We will select the right flows and check how they work with iiko.
