TIPS FOR WAITERS
Tip right after paying
Guests choose 10%, 15%, 20% or enter their own amount. Tips go to the waiter’s Kaspi Gold card, and payment notification arrives in Kaspi.kz.

After payment, the waiter receives a Kaspi.kz notification. The transaction appears in Kaspi POS history with the table number. The service supports automatic closure of paid orders.
